Are we really that popular?

We don't really understand why anyone would actually want to contact us, but we understand that some rare occasions may arise and we are prepared for it. So if you are really willing to send us a letter, we'll gladly accept it (sorry, we don't accept phone calls because we don't want those pesky people calling from restricted numbers just to call us stupid names). You just have to keep in mind that just because you send us something in the mail doesn't mean we'll process it in a timely manner or even open it for that matter. Nor does opening it hold any obligation on our part of responding to it. Furthermore, we can't guarantee that, if we do respond to it, our response will not be in a smart-allecky format that is amusing to us.

You'll notice that we are located in the go-from-sunny-to-snowing-in-a-minute Omaha, Nebraska where, yes it does, go from sunny to snowing within minutes. Temperatures here range from below zero in the winters to near one hundred in the summers (we're American so yes, our temperatures are in Fahrenheit). Due to these drastic changes, we often don't feel like heading out to the post office box because it is always either too hot or too cold. The best time to contact us would be during spring and fall when the temperatures are just right and everyone is in a swell mood.
